  • unfair and/or wrongful dismissal
  • redundancy and rights therein
  • wage disputes (e.g. holiday pay, minimum wage, deduction of earnings);
  • rights at work
  • maternity pay and leave and other parental leave
  • dismissals;
  • being refused a job, promotion or training; or
  • discrimination and any other detriment, on any grounds including: race, sex, disability, religion, age or sexual orientation
  • harassment and similar treatment at work
