- unfair and/or wrongful dismissal
- redundancy and rights therein
- wage disputes (e.g. holiday pay, minimum wage, deduction of earnings);
- rights at work
- maternity pay and leave and other parental leave
- dismissals;
- being refused a job, promotion or training; or
- discrimination and any other detriment, on any grounds including:
race, sex, disability, religion, age or sexual orientation
- harassment and similar treatment at work
