The Law Centre advises and represents tenants with a wide range of housing matters. It helps people in relation to homelessness, re-housing, rent arrears, possession proceedings, disrepair and transfers. Further help is given with mortgage difficulties for those mortgagees living in the affected properties.

The Law Centre participates in the local Duty Representation Schemes.

The Law Centre is unable to advise / represent landlords, given the conflict of interest this would raise.
